| Description | An industrial technology manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, international logistics, and supply chain operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and coordinating with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and teams in both the U.S. and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
• Source industrial parts and obtain vendor quotations
• Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation
• Work closely with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Support invoicing, order tracking, and operational reporting
• Communicate regularly with colleagues and partners in Japan |
