Support our clients by answering questions, creating quotes, providing technical support and taking orders.
Sales:
Develops existing accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related
and new items, and explaining technical features.
Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
Quote on parts, tooling and machines as requested by clients.
Tradeshow support
Handle the logistics involved in executing each event - handled both independently and as part of a team.
Coordinate marketing materials for the events.
Acquire new client accounts by calling prospects after the events. |
