| Description | International Logistics company is looking for Japanese Bilingual Logistics Branch Manager.
• Engage in significant out of office sales activities.
• Provide consultation to corporate clients to promote and develop business.
• Review and evaluate financial performance data to implement strategic ideas of achieving growth and expansion for the branch.
• Recruit, select, train and retain a qualified workforce to help achieve growth and expansion.
• Conduct performance appraisals, develop subordinates for promotions and salary increases, and also discipline, demote and/or terminate employees when necessary. |
| Requirements | • Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of exporting and importing household items, primarily through ocean transport.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. |
