| Description | A leading EDM machine manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Install, service and perform basic training on all our machinery. Needs to troubleshoot both electronic and mechanical problems that can occur on site by using proper basic testing equipment (i.e. multimeter or oscilloscope). Travel by car or airplane to both customer and dealer
facilities.
On-site intake of customer complaints regarding equipment malfunction and service issues, and communication with customer and internal management regarding the technical analysis and determination.
Document all work done in a legible and technically sound manner.
Submit both service and expense reports for reimbursement. |
| Requirements | Good at Electrical Engineering Or any industrial electronic repair experience.
EDM experience. |
