| Description | A leading distributor of factory automation components is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator.
This position supports customers throughout the order process, from preparing quotations and processing orders to coordinating parts procurement, monitoring delivery schedules, and providing shipment updates.
The ideal candidate has customer service, inside sales, order management, or office experience. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates without direct experience are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders using an ERP system.
• Communicate with customers primarily by email to understand their needs and build strong business relationships.
• Coordinate parts procurement with vendors and logistics providers.
• Monitor order status and maintain accurate order and customer records.
• Track delivery schedules and shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Enter and maintain customer and order information in the ERP system.
• Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
• Identify and help resolve order or delivery issues. |
| 必須条件 | • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or a similar office position preferred
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments
• Candidates with general office experience but limited direct industry experience are welcome to apply |
