| Description | Join our growing ERP consulting team and help clients successfully implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving business challenges, working directly with clients, and leading ERP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX ERP systems
• Analyze clients' business processes and gather system requirements
• Configure ERP solutions, perform testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
• Assist in developing custom ERP solutions and system integrations
• Provide implementation consulting and ongoing customer support
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, and pre-sales activities
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful ERP implementations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements |
| 必須条件 | • 2+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users
• Excellent customer service and project management skills
• Manufacturing, distribution, or service industry knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required |
