| Description | A Japanese logistics and moving company is looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Inside Sales & Moving Coordinator to support our sales team and international moving services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, coordinating projects, and working in a fast-paced international environment.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare quotations and support the sales team
Coordinate international moving services with customers and moving crews
Schedule shipments and communicate with operations
Assist with customer accounts and sales support activities
Visit customer moving sites occasionally to ensure smooth operations |
| 必須条件 | Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Japanese language skills required
Knowledge of international logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
Import/Export experience is preferred |
