| Description | A leading distributor of factory automation components is looking for Inside Sales Rep.
The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for sales support activities within assigned territory accounts, utilizing the company’s ERP system to generate / prepare quotes, and process orders. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, building relationships, and providing solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves providing daily customer service, entering data, resolving shipping issues of the orders, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal departments. |
