University with a degree in Sociology. Prior to his position as President of
Pacific Advisory Service, Mr. Mike Tsuruga spent over 40 years in International
Business in Japan and the US.

Pacific Advisory Service. Additionally he serves as Director of
Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chicago, Director and Vice
President of Japan America
Society of Chicago. Mr. Tsuruga is also an accredited Japanese National
Chef and Honorary Citizen of Guam (the first Japanese citizen awarded this
honor).
