Born in Sakhalin and raised in Niigata, Japan. Mr. Tsuruga graduated from Keio University with a degree in Sociology. Prior to his position as President of Pacific Advisory Service, Mr. Mike Tsuruga spent over 40 years in International Business in Japan and the US.

• General Manager, Sales Department in Seiyu Travel
• President, Forum Travel International
• General Manager, Kenny Rogers Rosters Restaurant at WDI International
• Director/General Manager Corporate Planning and Food & Beverage for Nagasaki Prince Hotel
• General Manager, Wedgwood Sales Department for Nakazato International
• President & CEO Geneico, Inc, the largest manufacturer of incense in the US (100% owned by Nippon Kodo Co., Ltd.)

Mr. Mike Tsuruga brings more than 40 years of international business experience and networking with Japanese and Asian business as Chief Executive of Pacific Advisory Service. Additionally he serves as Director of Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chicago, Director and Vice President of Japan America Society of Chicago. Mr. Tsuruga is also an accredited Japanese National Chef and Honorary Citizen of Guam (the first Japanese citizen awarded this honor).
